Cancellation & Deposit Policies
– A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 31 days before arrival.
– Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance will receive a refund minus a $65 fee; cancellations within 31 days are non-refundable unless rebooked.
